Where will my order ship from?
Your order ships from China by tracked air parcel, followed by delivery through the assigned local carrier. Balloons arrive uninflated; helium, inflation and installation services are not included.
When will my order arrive?
📦 Orders ship the same day, then take 4–5 days to the US. These are estimated processing and delivery windows, rather than a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier delays, public holidays and customs checks can affect delivery. If you have a fixed event date, contact us before ordering.
How does free shipping work?
Free standard shipping is applied automatically when your product subtotal reaches $65 after coupons and discounts. Shipping charges and taxes do not count towards the threshold. If a discount or cart change brings your product subtotal below $65, the $8.90 flat shipping fee applies.
Where is this offer available?
Our online standard shipping offer covers the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses are not included. For other destinations or special delivery requirements, contact us to confirm service before ordering.
How can I track my parcel?
Once your parcel is dispatched, we will share its tracking details. Follow the link in your shipping notification or check your order for the latest available information. The carrier can vary by delivery address. A newly created tracking number may not show movement until the carrier has received and scanned the parcel.
What if I need to change an address or report a delivery issue?
Contact our team promptly with your order number and the details of the issue. Address changes may not be possible once a parcel has been dispatched. Please check the recipient name, street address, state and ZIP code carefully before paying.

Returns and order support
Eligible unopened items: request a return within 14 days of delivery. Our return location is in China; international return postage for a change-of-mind return is paid by the customer. For confirmed damage, missing items, defects or incorrect products, our team will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.
